Adventure Days - Days away from school

On the weekdays your child is not in school, they are welcome to join us at a local YMCA branch! These days away from school will be filled with day-camp-like activities, crafts, STEM, team building and more. Due to inconsistencies in school district closures, we may have to cancel programming due to low enrollment.

Early Release Days

When your child is released early from school, we will provide onsite care. This day-of care for our program will be an extension of our Before and After care program, including the components listed in the program description.

Snow Days

When school closes, we will open! Information will be posted on Facebook & the YMCA website. For more information and to read our policies, please click on snow closure & delay info.

WITHDRAWAL & CHANGE POLICY

Before & After School Care Program

Before and After plan withdrawal: It is the YMCA’s policy that written notice must be given 30 days in advance of your child's withdrawal to receive a full refund by submitting a ticket at the link below. Any outstanding balance must be paid at the time of withdrawal. If cancellation is received after draft - no refund.

Before and After plan change: It is the YMCA’s policy that written notice must be given 30 days in advance of a change to your child’s plan by submitting a ticket at the link below. This allows for accurate planning for staff to participant ratios. Fee’s may apply if upgrading plan option.

Please note:

• Refunds/credits will not be provided due to participant non-attendance or closures due to inclement weather. All refunds/credits are requested through an online form.
• Cancellations and refunds will not be automatically processed. It is up to the participant to initiate contact with the child care department through the ticketing system. Any bank account or credit/debit changes must be made at least 5 days prior to the draft date of the scheduled payment.

The YMCA understands that medical, emergency and other unforeseen situations do arise and refunds may be given based on extenuating circumstances. In these cases, please contact the YMCA to discuss your specific situation. Documentation may be required in these situations. Refunds will not be authorized for requests made after a program has taken place (i.e. refund requests for non-use of a registered program).
