The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is an authorized CCCAP provider at most of our childcare locations. We follow all CCCAP policies and procedures. Therefore, the registration process is as follows:
- Complete CCCAP authorization for the appropriate site(s). CLICK HERE for a list of license numbers. If planning to utilize YMCA services for Before & After School Care as well as school out days/break camps, you will need two separate authorizations. More information is available on our license number list.
- Once authorized, CLICK HERE complete a ticket for Before & After School Care or Summer Day Camp.
- The YMCA will contact you once the ticket is submitted to set up payment, if you have a parent fee, and to notify you that the first part of registration is complete.
- You will receive an email from Epact asking you to complete emergency information. These are our online enrollment forms. Registration is not fully complete until all forms have been submitted.
*For Before & After School Care: Any school out day or break camp registration requests must be submitted - HERE - one week before the date of the program.*
