Youth Sports Conditioning
Sports such as soccer, lacrosse and field hockey are still very good for endurance training, as well as having the speed, agility, and coordination components.

Kidz Tumbling
Kidz Tumbling. Have fun and make friends. Put a spring into your step. Working on jumps, rolls, handstands, bridges, back bends, kick overs, cartwheels, round offs, safety falls, body control, strength building, and flexibility.
Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. & Saturdays at 10:45 a.m.

Kid Fit
KID FIT provides kids a fun fitness journey. They will work on cardio, coordination, confidence and strength while having fun and making friends. Access to all their fitness needs in a safe, supportive environment with professional instruction! Let your kids come enjoy this 45 minute training.

Beginner Youth Pickleball
Pickleball for Beginners will show proper techniques, how to play the game, and also get them conditioned to play. They will work on building relationships, hand-eye coordination, social skills, good sportsmanship, and having fun. You will want to bring your own paddle. This will be located in one of the racquetball courts.
