EBHI Programs

Evidence-based Health Intervention

Evidence-based Health Intervention (EBHI) programs were created by the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, in response to changing health care trends, to deliver community-based health and wellness services in innovative new ways rooted in a common commitment to preventing and combating chronic disease. Anyone who visits the Y can take advantage of different programs that help our community become healthier and have a higher quality of life.

We currently offer the Blood Pressure Program, LIVESTRONG® at the Y, Moving For Better Balance, and Parkinson's Exercise Program. We are looking to bring the Aging Mastery Program, Healthy Weight and Your Child, and Pedaling For Parkinson's to the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region soon! To learn more about these programs, explore the descriptions below!
