Jump Start

New & current members - Put your fitness on track with the FREE Jump Start program.

What is Jump Start?

  • FREE 60-min meeting with a certified personal trainer to discuss your health and fitness goals
  • The trainer will take you through 2 state-of-the-art physical assessments:
  • Trazer movement analysis assists with injury prevention/recovery and enhancing performance in whatever you do
  • Evolt body composition scan shows muscle & skeletal mass, fat mass, hydration levels, and more
  • Together, you and the trainer build a plan to reach your fitness goals!

Research has shown that 85% of people who try to start an exercise program alone will fail. That's where we come in! Through coaching sessions with our team of experts, we will provide you with the plan, tools and support you need to succeed! Jump Start has two different paths - Launch, for those just starting on their wellness journey, and Performance, for those looking to maintain their current fitness level or improve in one particular area.

Free Equipment & Youth Orientations

New to the Y? Been a while since you’ve worked out? No worries, we’re here to help.

Just ask at the front desk for a free Equipment or Youth Orientation and one of our experienced Healthy Living Attendants will give you a guided tour of the Healthy Living Floor. You’ll learn how to operate fitness equipment, and everything else you need to know to help you feel comfortable with all the Y has to offer.
