Combat Skill Awareness

"The best defense is a good offense."  Participants will learn physical defense skills, situational awareness, and how to escape dangerous situations.

Burn Zone

12-week Transformation Challenge

All-level class for those looking to transform their body. We'll incorporate cardio, strength and nutrition to see real changes in body composition, endurance, strength and flexibility. Winner of the challenge receives his/her money back in Y Bucks to be used for Small Group Training. 12 week program.

Super Core

Build a strong, stable core and gain functional strength with this class based around TRX and Queenax training equipment.  Gentle for all levels, yet will challenge even the strongest athlete.

PILATES REFORMER

The Pilates Reformer is versatile and able to train many parts of the body in multiple ways.  Join PPYMCA instructors in either the Essential or Intermediate classes.

Essential: This class will focus on alignment, stability, control and spinal mobility with overall progress in strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, endurance and familiarity of exercises.  This class is for beginners and new users of the Reformer.

Intermediate: Designed for those who have accomplished proficiency at the Essential level and seek to expand their knowledge.  The emphasis is on more advanced sequencing and tempo and builds on the foundation learned in the Essential class.
