  • Family: “Girl Dad” and I love t! My wife and daughters are my world. I do everything I can to take care of them and they make me a better man every day.
  • Fitness: I believe that our health & wellness is a major contributor to our happiness. Doing our best to live a healthier life enhances everything else. It brings joy to my heart to see my clients putting in the effort and achieving the results they want. Whether it’s strengthening their body and being able to finish their physical therapy, increasing their energy to keep up with the kids or grandkids, or our youth growing physically and mentally, I love that I can play a part in their journey.
