I want my clients to know the goal is not focused on the scale, but on improvement in confidence, quality of life, functionality, and overall fitness and wellness. We will work together on a clear set path to meet goals, learn a healthier lifestyle, become stronger and more confident, and make the transformation into the healthiest version of yourself! I heard someone in this field once say “I have the best job in the world because I have a front row seat to transformation” and I truly agree with that!

Interests and Achievements:

  • Playing sports, especially soccer and pickleball
  • Traveling! My husband and I love exploring new places and cultures and can’t wait to start taking our 2 kids
  • Hiking and exploring the outdoors with my family and friends
  • Movies and books, I am a part of a movie club and a book club
