  • Women (including pregnant and postpartum)

My Training Philosophy:

  • Exercise contributes to better performance and quality of life. I believe in following research-backed methods of training and in creating a nurturing environment, while making each session laser-focused on the individual’s goals.

Interests and Achievements:

  • Running and racing, with a goal this year of qualifying to run the Boston Marathon.
  • Music: I have a master’s degree in clarinet performance and teach private piano and clarinet lessons to kids and teens.
  • Travel: I have visited ten countries (so far!) and named my oldest child after my favorite city: Vienna, Austria.
  • Saturday hikes with my husband and three kids
