  • Movement is medicine and motion is the lotion to life. We all have heard the saying, “If you look good, you’ll feel good” and though that may be true, I firmly believe if you move well, you’ll live well. Aesthetics is merely a drop into the bucket of fitness. Physical fitness is more about improving upon, maintaining, and gaining your independence. These areas of life include the ability to play with children/grandchild, sitting & standing without assistance, walking up &down a flight of stairs without being winded, adopting proper biomechanics when picking up items off of the ground, and many more daily activities!

Interests and Achievements:

  • Time with friends and family, outdoor/aquatic activities, learning new trades, and training.
