  • My training philosophy: Fun and long lasting! Fitness and activity is meant to not only be good for us, but enjoyable! Whether it’s a buddy to lift with, a sport to participate in, a challenge tracking progress, or a game you play on the treadmill, find a way to enjoy the process. Then the results are just a bonus! Once you find a way to enjoy your fitness journey, you won’t have to worry about burning out or giving up, and will develop a lifelong habit committed to helping yourself!

Interests and Achievements:

  • I like to consider myself a jack of all trades! I enjoy rock climbing, basketball, running, hiking, playing guitar, playing with my dog, and watching funny movies! My random assortment of achievements include being an Eagle Scout, a former certified lifeguard and swim instructor, a former pilot, a certified climbing wall instructor, and, of course, a certified personal trainer!
