Areas I Specialize In:

  • Weight loss and management
  • Weight gain through building muscle
  • Athletic training: injury prevention, reactive exercises, plyometrics, and sport specific training
  • Post-Rehabilitation Exercise
  • Improving or fixing joint dysfunctions

My Training Philosophy:

  • Being healthy physically makes it so much easier to be happier mentally. Exercise isn’t just about bettering oneself physically, it allows a person to outlet their emotions and be more aware of their mental health. Challenging oneself mentally through pushing themselves physically allows a person to get to know and understand themselves better on a deeper level.
  • Exercise is the best medicine. It’s known as preventative care to prevent the need of medical intervention as best as possible and can treat many conditions including headaches, dizziness, fatigue, instability, weakness, motor control, etc. Why not live a healthier lifestyle that is less painful than an alternative one?

Interests and Achievements:

  • I’m in my undergrad for Physical Therapy, so I’m constantly shadowing and learning from Physical Therapists about exercise rehab and many DPT practices from their scope.
  • Cross country and wrestling team captain/athlete in High School and Middle School basketball athlete, so I’m very used to cardio conditioning as well as strength training.
  • Did bass fishing professionally in a junior club as a kid and placed in multiple tournaments.
  • I love hiking, practicing guitar, and reading research about exercise science with friends in my free time.
