I am a NASM certified trainer specializing in helping individuals over 40 regain and optimize their health and fitness, enabling them to live more comfortably and get the opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest. In addition to my focus with the 40+ demographic, I have extensive experience in sport conditioning and coaching, particularly in wrestling, weightlifting, and cross country and track.

I also have experience working alongside physical therapists, ensuring a comprehensive approach to fitness and rehabilitation. My training philosophy centers on helping people make practical, sustainable changes that enhance their daily lives. My goal is to support and guide clients of all ages in achieving their fitness goals and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

I am an inductee into the Canby Wrestling Hall of Fame and have a passion for outdoor activities like backpacking, running, and lifting. I enjoy staying current with the latest studies and training journals to continually improve my knowledge and skills. Whether exploring nature or reading up on new fitness trends, I am dedicated to both personal growth and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
