EXERCISE AS MEDICINE

The Y is partnering with Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!) to create a comprehensive, neuroplasticity-principled program that integrates the latest exercise and wellness research. PEP provides a supportive exercise environment to optimize brain recovery and repair. We utilize exercise as medicine to increase quality of life so that you can get better and stay better

Where: Tri-Lakes YMCA
When: Tuesday & Thursday 
1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
3/16 - 4/1, 4/6 - 4/22, 4/27 - 5/13, 5/18 - 6/3  

Where: Briargate YMCA
When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 
1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
3/15 - 3/26, 3/29 - 4/9, 4/26 - 5/7, 5/10 - 5/21

Members $32 for 6 classes
Non-members $50 for 6 classes

The Parkinson's exercise program is ongoing every two weeks. Registration will need to occur on a biweekly basis.
