 Membership Changes

All changes to a membership must be made 5 days prior to the draft date of either the 1st or 15th in order to be effective for the current month. Any changes after that time frame will go in effect for the next month's draft.

I would like to make the following changes to my membership

Memberships may be placed on HOLD for up to 4 months per calendar year. There will be a $5 per month fee during the time of the hold. Your membership will automatically reactivate on the end date and the monthly draft will resume at your previous rate. Please let us know in the box above how long you would like your membership on hold.
You will be charged a pro-rated amount from today to your next draft day when your hold is released.
Examples: Change draft date, Add or Remove family members. Please put detailed information in the box above including any family members name and DOB that are being included in the change.
Examples: Annual Support Monthly Donation, Membership Plus Dues, Adult Add On ($20), Nanny Pass. Please include what you are wanting done and the monthly amount of a donation in the box above.

You will receive email confirmation within 48 business hours after your change request has been submitted.
