
Get ready for an action-packed summer at our 2026 Summer Sports Camps! Campers ages 6–14 will build skills, stay active, make new friends, and grow their love for sports through basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, and more in a fun, supportive, coed environment.

Join us for an exciting Half-Day Lacrosse Camp hosted by North Springs Lacrosse at the Y! This camp is designed for players of all skill levels to learn the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun, supportive, and active environment. Participants will build skills in passing, catching, shooting, defense, teamwork, and game strategy through drills, games, and scrimmages led by experienced coaches. Campers will stay active, make new friends, and grow their confidence both on and off the field!
It’s the game everyone knows and loves, and now your child can throw, duck, and dodge for a full week! Camps will be divided into age groups so younger campers can learn the game while older campers can enjoy the game they’re familiar with.
Our traditional sports camps are a mix of skill development, sport-specific skill games, and full-sided games. Campers will learn the fundamental skills for the sport, making it perfect for new/beginning players of any age. Campers will enjoy a mix of fun games related to the sport and then play in full games against similar-age campers each day.
Grab your Nerf blaster, load it up, and get ready for a thrilling week of camp! We will warm up by honing in on our aim as we practice hitting targets, then we will work up to team games. Campers will work on teamwork as they play nerf games of tag, capture the flag, hide-and-seek and more. Bring your own Nerf Blaster or use one of ours, goggles and Nerf darts will be provided.
Join us for an action-packed experience where you'll learn cool skills, play exciting games, and make new friends along the way. Whether you're brand new to volleyball or already love the game, our camp is all about building confidence, teamwork, and having a blast on the court.Â

Grab your glove and hit the field for a week of baseball and softball with fun competitions in between! Aim for the fences with a home run derby and show off your speed with a race around the bases. Equipment is provided if needed.

Similar to our traditional sports camps, Advanced camps offer a full-day option for older ages. Campers will participate in a mix of skill development, sport-specific skill games, and full-sided games. Campers will learn the fundamental skills for the sport while having more time to put those skills into practice in a game scenario.
Perfect for beginners, campers learn to improve their tennis skills on court while creating lasting friendships and memories. Your child will learn the fundamentals of the game through drills, games, and friendly competition adapted to age and skill level while practicing sportsmanship in a safe and fun environment. Camp will take place in the gym of your local YMCA using pickleball nets to teach the fundamentals of both sports.
Get outside and enjoy a variety of field games! Traditional field games like soccer and football will be mixed with fun new games like spike ball and ultimate Frisbee.
Cheer camp will help your cheerleader take their skills to the next level! Whether they are beginner or intermediate skill level, participants will work on cheer skills, stunting, and gymnastics style training with our skilled and passionate Cheer Squad coaches!
