Just ask at the front desk for a free Equipment or Youth Orientation and one of our experienced Healthy Living Attendants will give you a guided tour of the Healthy Living Floor. You’ll learn how to operate fitness equipment, and everything else you need to know to help you feel comfortable with all the Y has to offer.
