YMCA Physical Therapy is a personalized, cash-pay clinic offering one-on-one, 60-minute sessions tailored to your recovery goals. Our holistic, hands-on approach focuses on the whole person, not just the injury, and supports your return to optimal function.
Our services include manual therapy techniques like trigger point dry needling, soft tissue mobilization, and stretching; corrective exercises; balance and coordination training; and functional movement assessments. We also address overall health with in-house nutritional support and targeted recovery tools.
The Briargate YMCA now also features a state-of-the-art Wellness Center, offering red light therapy, compression tables, massage chairs, and cryotherapy lounges. High-quality supplements from Thorne Nutrition are available on-site to support performance, recovery, and long-term wellness.
