April 15Â Currently Enrolled Families who provide proof of eligibility and all Remaining Families*
Per Harrison School District 2, requirements for registration for the 24-25 School year are as follows:
1. Proof of Eligibility - required at time of registration.
• currently working (badge or pay stub)
• looking for work (must apply and be approved through D2 HERE)
• going to school (class schedule, enrollment proof)
2. CCCAP application/ineligibility - required at time of registration.
All families must check eligibility for CCCAP. Proof of CCCAP eligibility denial or application/ineligibility (screen shot of submittal page or email confirmation) must be submitted. If CCCAP pops up as a program you may qualify for you will need to apply, if it does not, just include the screenshot that shows this.
3. Submit a ticket to initiate registration - register now button below.
Follow the steps in the ticket system and be sure to attach your proof from step 1 and your cccap application/ineligibility from step 2.

7:00 a.m. - (start of school) & (end of school) - 6:00 p.m.
Soaring Eagles Only 6:30 a.m. - (start of school) & (end of school) - 6:00 p.m.
Care will be provided at the Southeast YMCA. Prior registration for each day is required.
*Drop Ins will be not be accepted.
**If applicable, CCCAP authorization for the school your child attends as well as the Southeast YMCA is required.
