Interests and Achievements
Beyond the fitness world, my life is deeply enriched by my family. Most of my time
is spent with my wife and daughters, whether we’re cooking, shopping, exercising,
enjoying lazy movie nights, embarking on adventures, or animal watching at the zoo.
With strong encouragement from my family, I’m committed to furthering my education
and am currently training for competitive powerlifting, with plans to compete in early
2026. Any free time I have left, I enjoy video games, immersing myself in digital worlds.
My Training Philosophy
Driven by a passion for optimizing human potential and my personal struggles with
mental and physical health, my philosophy centers on building a robust foundation
for both mind and body. I believe in tailoring comprehensive programs that not only
enhance physical capabilities like strength, power, and agility but also foster mental
resilience and disciplined habits. My goal is to empower others to surpass their
perceived limits physically and mentally, whether on the field, in daily life, or simply
in their personal well-being journey. It’s about smart, progressive training that yields
lasting results and instills a lifelong love of movement.
