Get ready for an afternoon of fun, connection, and celebration as we support military and veteran families heading into a new school year. Enjoy games, food, pool-time, giveaways, and more, all in a festive, family-friendly environment! This free event is open to all military and veteran families. Come celebrate the start of a great school year with us!
At the YMCA, we follow Praesidium safety principles to help create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. As a reminder, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.
Please help us keep all participants safe by:
Keeping your child within sight at all times
Pointing out a designated meeting spot in case you get separated
Knowing what your child is wearing on event day
Ensuring your child knows your name and phone number
Reminding your child not to leave the event area with anyone they do not know
Reporting any concerns or suspicious behavior to event staff immediately
