Held every other month, each tour offers a unique opportunity to witness a program in action, meet Y staff and participants, and hear firsthand stories of strength, resilience, and community connection.

Our first tour spotlights NeuroPong, an evidence-based program supporting those living with Parkinson’s disease. Learn how something as simple as table tennis can improve balance, cognition, and social engagement — and how your support makes it possible.
