Interests and Achievements
I enjoy learning as much as I can from every experience, testing my own
limits, watching my family grow and a well told knock-knock joke. Some
might say I’ve achieved little but after consistently getting 6 kids fed and
out the door on time, I’m convinced I can move mountains.
My Training Philosophy
I believe in results by design not by coincidence. Whether the goal is
to develop strength, change body composition, play with the kids or
grandkids effortlessly, or finding the confidence in your ability. Fitness
should be about longevity and maintaining a healthy, mobile body as long
as you can, that is why I’m here.
