Rewards are redeemed through the app’s reward page. Navigate to this page by clicking the "My Points" tile on the home screen and selecting the "Rewards" tab. Follow the steps in the app to redeem a prize once you qualify a YMCA employee will contact you at the beginning of the following month with instructions on where and how to pick up your prize.

Members will need to turn on their phone’s location services in order to earn points for checking in. Using features like storing the bar code in the Apple Wallet or on their watch will not allow users to earn points at check-in.
If a member has an NSF, expires or cancels their membership, they will lose their reward points balance and total app access.
Rewards are non-transferable, exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rewards and points can be revoked or denied at any time.

No, logging in does not earn points. Downloading the app for the first time does earn points and also checking in at your Y using the barcode in the app earns points.
No, members cannot combine points in order to redeem prizes sooner.
Some restrictions apply. The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region reserves the right to change points needed for redemption and prizes or discontinue the program at any time without notice. Please allow approximately three weeks for delivery. Items will be sent to the YMCA branch designated for pick up. Reward points can only be redeemed by active Greater Wichita YMCA members. Any activity to earn or redeem points that is deemed fraudulent will result in forfeiture of points, rewards items and/or removal from the rewards program. Any points earned by technical error may be removed at any time without notice. Reward items are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. All points have an expiration of three years from the date they are earned.
