This class can be done standing, in or beside a chair. Classic Tai Chi forms will be taught with modifications provided for every level of ability. There will be focused breath work, Qi Gong practice and flowing Tai Chi practice.
Indoor cycling is a low impact workout, frequently considered high intensity, but can be easily modified to meet any fitness level. All classes are conducted in our cycling studio which allows participants the ability to truly get into their zone and ride their ride. Please arrive early if possible for bike set up.
