My Training Philosophy
- For better or for worse, you have to live in your body, and it’s the only one you get. That means we need to keep our bodies as functional and useful as possible, as long as possible and if we must, we might as well have some fun in the process.
- The two words that summarize my training philosophy are SUSTAINABILITY and RESILIENCE. We need to be able to handle what life throws at us, and ideally, we can get up again tomorrow and do it all over again. I think of the gym as the laboratory where we can build, test, and re-test our resilience, both physical and mental
