CCCAP Information

Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) Information

The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is an authorized CCCAP provider at most of our childcare locations. We follow all CCCAP policies and procedures. Therefore, the registration process is as follows:

  1. Complete CCCAP authorization for the appropriate site(s). See below for a list of license numbers. If planning to utilize YMCA services for Before & After School Care as well as school out days/break camps, you will need two separate authorizations. More information is available on our license number list.
  2. Once authorized, CLICK HERE complete a ticket for Before & After School Care or Summer Day Camp.
  3. The YMCA will contact you once the ticket is submitted to set up payment, if you have a parent fee, and to notify you that the first part of registration is complete.
  4. You will receive an email from CampinTouch asking you to complete emergency information. These are our online enrollment forms. Registration is not fully complete until all forms have been submitted.

*For Before & After School Care: Any school out day or break camp registration requests must be submitted - HERE - one week before the date of the program.*

If interested in applying for CCCAP, please CLICK HERE for the county website.

Financial Assistance Information
Everyone is welcome
The YMCA welcomes all who wish to participate and believes that no one should be denied access to the Y based on their ability to pay. Through our Annual Support Campaign, the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region provides assistance to youth, adults and families based on individual needs and circumstances.
Committed to our community
Determining assistance amounts is handled by YMCA Family Centers in a fair and consistent manner. Every Y member receives the same membership benefits, regardless of whether or not they receive assistance. YMCA members can feel confident knowing that they are part of an organization that cares greatly for the well-being of all people, and is committed to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
Please Note
Financial Assistance reduces fees; it does not eliminate them. The YMCA requests that individuals and families reapply each year. If you do not reapply at the time requested, your membership will revert to full pay. Please contact your Y Family Center if you have any questions.
