Interests and Achievements

college degree is close
- I love all dogs, especially wolves and German shepherds
- Adventure! I do fun runs and obstacle races, and love exploring the outdoors with my two dogs
My Training Philosophy
- The best exercise is the one you want to do! We all need to exercise, but if it isn’t fun, it’ll be
much harder to develop and keep up good habits. I think two of the best ways to make it more
fun are to add music and have a partner (or team!) to share the stress and the reward--no
wonder I love my group exercise classes and my small group classes.
- Fitness is far too important to take lightly, so I prioritize learning from mistakes, making
friends, and making steady progress — not expecting perfection. Never let the perfect stand in
the way of the good.
