Core-Power Biomechanics, Sports Agility, Balance & Pain-Free range of motion, Corrective Exercise (pre-post rehab); I desire to help empower clients to move better, feel better, and look better. Individual program design based on personalized assessment and screening, ‘Waist management,’ and Health Up Spiraling (body composition change, lowering of health risks, improving performance), improving mobility and performance; exercise with health challenges or joint replacements.

Interests and Achievements
When first involved in YMCA,I lost 6 clothing sizes and a knee problem, today I choose to empower others. Served on several Community & National Fitness Certification Advisory boards including: NETA Wellness Coach & Group Exercise Certifications- Subject matter expert & role delineation Avid runner (½ marathons, 25k, adventure/obstacle races including in heat or sub zero, avid outdoors-woman including hiking, gardening, wildflowers & foraging fruits to make jam Life lover and lifelong learner
