Interests and Achievements
I’ve always had a competitive athletic background, playing multiple sports growing up and later competing as a two-sport athlete in college in football and track, where I was a two-time national qualifier in the 4x100m relay. After college I stayed active through the gym and later rugby, playing competitively for five years in Wichita. These days I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, powerlifting competitions, and anything that keeps me moving.
My Training Philosophy
I believe consistency is the most important part of any fitness journey. Not every workout will be perfect, but progress comes from continuing to show up and putting in the effort over time. My goal is to help people build sustainable habits, stay disciplined, and celebrate the small wins along the way
