My Training Philosophy
Movement is medicine and motion is the lotion to life. We all have heard the saying, “If you look good, you’ll feel good” and though that may be true, I firmly believe if you move well, you’ll live well. Aesthetics is merely a drop into the bucket of fitness. Physical fitness is more about improving upon, maintaining, and gaining your independence. These areas of life include the ability to play with children/grandchild, sitting & standing without assistance, walking up &down a flight of stairs without being winded, adopting proper biomechanics when picking up items off of the ground, and many more daily activities!
