RESTORE AND RECOVER is a class designed specifically for participants who may be recovering from injury or surgery, have chronic conditions which need specialized and methodical attention; who want to learn how to do exercises correctly and with a safe progression to prevent future injury; and/or who want to move at a gentler pace. With this highly individualized class design, participants will learn and internalize how to perform and modify exercises to make them appropriate for individual needs, as well as understand the reasoning behind the movement, to aid them in making safe and appropriate modifications when exercising on their own or within mainstream exercise classes.
