My Training Philosophy
• Physical activities come in all shapes and sizes. There is something out there for
everyone regardless of age, abilities, gender and time. Don’t be afraid to try new
things and find your groove.
• Patience, not everything clicks the first time you try something. Don’t give up. You
can do this!!!
