Program Structure
Ongoing member education (nutrition, recovery, mindfulness).
Two coached sessions 
per week include:

• Neural activation
• Strength & power
• Agility & speed
• Cognitive challenges
• Mobility & recovery integration

All sessions are scalable and progressively designed to prepare you for peak performance at the Games.

Training will/can take place at all locations and a 4 person minimum needed to hold the training.
