Interests and Achievements
The army brought me from Michigan to Colorado where I have lived for the past 21 years. I love golfing, bowling, anything outdoors and spending time with my family. I also enjoy doing the manitou incline, tough mudders and spartan races. My goal is to participate in a marathon before my 50th birthday.
My Training Philosophy
Progress is built through consistency and quality. Training should challenge the body without breaking it. Train with intent so your body works for you, not against you. My goal as a trainer is to help everyone achieve their fitness potential for a healthier lifestyle. I started my personal fitness journey 4 years ago and have lost 50 lbs. I believe everyone is capable of the same with a little push.
