To ensure a safe, supportive, and consistent experience for all families, the Children’s Waiting Room operates under a set of parent policies and program guidelines. These policies outline eligibility requirements, check-in and pick-up procedures, health and wellness standards, behavior expectations, and safety protocols. We ask that all parents and guardians review these guidelines prior to their child’s first visit.
