daily living. Training to reach a fitness milestone (5k, 10k, short course triathlon, etc.) Building strength and stability before and during pregnancy. Encouraging and educating newcomers to fitness to begin creating healthy lifestyle changes.

Interests and Achievements
Triathlons (short course and Ironman 70.3), hiking, expanding my knowledge of
fitness, reading historical fiction, and baking muffins.
