Summer Schedule Changes

Tri-Lakes YMCA pool will be closed Monday—Thursday, May 22—August 11 from 2—3 p.m. to create a safe and fun environment for our Day Camp participants to use the pool.

Pickleball open gym times will change May 30—August 20 to Tuesday/Friday 6—8 p.m. and Sunday 12—2 p.m.

Growing Stronger Together

At the Tri-Lakes Health Pavilion, you can tailor your healthy living regimen in coordination with your health care provider. Our first-of-its-kind pavilion integrates advanced exercise and fitness programs, pediatric medicine, adult primary care, family nutrition, orthopedic medicine, radiology, urgent care, occupational therapy and more, all in one location.

The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, Centura Health and all providers share a common atrium in the pavilion, complete with a concierge desk, Tri-Lakes Café and Bistro and child care with supervised children’s activities for patrons at the Y’s Child Watch program. The Y’s healthy living area is equipped with state-of-the-art RealRyder Indoor Cycling Studio; Precor Treadmills, Ellipticals and Adaptive Motion Trainers; Preva Fitness Tracking software on-site or on-the-go; Group X OnDemand Demonstrations and personal and small group training opportunities.

Guest Passes

Any member can bring a guest who can utilize a facility one time for free. Each additional visit for that guest will be $10. Any guest over the age of 16 needs to bring in a photo ID with their date of birth on it.

NEW! Young Life Teen Center

Teens living in the Tri-Lakes area now have a 5,000-square foot state-of-the-art facility to hang out with friends, study, play basketball, volleyball, foosball, ping pong, movies video games and board games. Located Tri-Lakes Health Pavilion, the Young Life Teen Center features a large gymnasium, basketball court, lounge, kitchen and performance stage.  For current programming for RAD events please visit RAD Programs, and for Young life programming visit YL.

Tri-Lakes Child Watch Ages & Hours

Ages: 6 weeks-6 years old
Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. & 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. & 2:00-8:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. & 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:20 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Nanny Passes

Nanny passes CANNOT be used to sign children in and out of Child Watch. Only parents and grandparents are allowed to sign in and out of Child Watch. NO neighbors, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. Parents or grandparents MUST provide a picture ID in order to sign in and out.

Members and guests who are 18 years old are now able to check children in and out of Child Watch.
