Pilates Reformer classes at the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region

The reformer offers a whole-body resistance workout that focuses on building strength.

Full Guided by certified instructors, these low-impact, full-body workouts use specialized reformer equipment to:

  • Build core stability
  • Improve posture
  • Increase spinal mobility and flexibility

    Through a series of controlled movements designed to enhance:
  • Strength
  • Coordination
  • Balance

Pilates Reformer supports functional fitness—helping you move better, relieve everyday aches, and feel stronger and more aligned in daily life.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, our classes offer a supportive space to stretch, strengthen, and grow together.

Essential Reformer

Essential reformer is for those who have little to no experience in Pilates reformer.  The fundamental movements are taught, focusing on form and alignment.  Modifications are available for just about any physical limitations.  

Intermediate Reformer

Intermediate reformer is for those who have some experience with Pilates reformer.  The fundamental movements are built upon with more complexity and flowing transitions between exercises, challenging strength, flexibility, and balance.  

Multi-level Reformer

Multi-level reformer has both Essential and Intermediate options to allow for progression in movements with modifications as needed.
