Training for performance, athletics, and sport: training for a 5K, improving run time/pace, preparing
for hiking or ski season, support through cross training. Training to improve/maintain activities of daily living and hobbies: improve energy or flexibility to run
around with kids/grandkids, improve physical strength or mechanics for occupation, enhance mental
and emotional wellbeing. Partner / small group training: accountability is critical to success so grab your spouse, bible study
group, a neighbor, a friend and get started!

Interests and Achievements
Raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and graduated from the University of South Florida in
Tampa - GO BULLS. Moved to Colorado Springs, CO in December of 2007. Group fitness instructor, personal trainer since 2007. Cheerleader for the University of South Florida (2000-2005) & Denver Nuggets (2008-2009.) I’m married with 3 daughters. 2 dogs. 2 cats. MOST FAVORITE THINGS IN THE WORLD: Jesus, my family, snowboarding, camping, 4-wheeling,
& hiking 14ers, chicken wings, coffee, and chocolate.
My Training Philosophy
Exercise is medicine. It’s therapy for the body, spirit, and mind. Our bodies are strong and capable
and to see growth we must work consistently and progressively. I love working with clients with
specific, measurable goals and seeing the sense of accomplishment as they meet and exceed them.
Pushing ourselves physically and mentally and having a growth mind-set lead to incredible gains,
beyond the physical aspect. My goal is to meet you where you are and support YOUR GOALS,
sweating and laughing our way through.
