Interests and Achievements
My love for fitness began all the way back to when I was a teenager. I would
learn how to take care of my health, and what exercises to use to strengthen
my body. That hobby and passion continues today and displays itself in all areas
of my life as I enjoy hiking, strength training, cooking with new recipes, and
finding ways to stay active and fuel my body with nutritious food.
My Training Philosophy
Exercise is more than just moving your body; it’s an investment in your overall
health. It helps you become stronger, move and function better, feel better, and
can work wonders for your mental health too. Exercise isn’t just limited to a
specific group of people either; anyone can and should have a chance to invest
in themselves and their health. You deserve to be equipped with the knowledge
of how to take care of your health, beginning with exercise.
