Interests and Achievements
Played JUCO to Division 1 and semi-professional soccer all over the US. Veteran; Served and succeeded as a USAF Special Warfare Operator. I am mostly spending time with my dog out in the mountains during the summers and in the winters I am snowboarding or traveling.
My Training Philosophy
With a foundation rooted in collegiate athletics and military service, my approach
to personal training is all about staying consistent, rolling with the challenges, and
adjusting to what works best for each person. I believe fitness is for everyone,
whether you’re just starting your journey, recovering from injury, or striving to
reach elite athletic goals. I specialize in working with beginners to build confidence
and consistency, guiding rehabilitation clients with precision and care, and helping
advanced athletes break through plateaus using functional movement, balance
training, and strategic progression. Every client is unique, and I tailor each program
to meet individual needs while building a strong, sustainable foundation for long-
term health and performance. My mission is to empower people to move better, feel
stronger, and live healthier—no matter where they’re starting from
