Interests and Achievements
I’ve always been an athlete and had that competitive edge to want to be better.
As a kid I played just about any sport imaginable. A two sport athlete in college
playing football, also a 2x national qualifier in the 4x100m relay. After school,
I found the gym was a great way to keep active and a way to fill the void of
organized sports. I later discovered my love for the game of rugby and found
success playing 5 years in Wichita. I stay as active as I can with snowboarding,
hiking, powerlifting competitions, anything to keep me moving.
My Training Philosophy
I try to prioritize consistency. Not every day will be the best day, nor will every
workout be your best workout. It’s hard to be inspired all the time, but with
discipline and motivation to be better than you were yesterday, constantly
showing up for yourself, but also giving yourself grace when you slip up.
Celebrate the small victories along the way because they do add up!
