Interests and Achievements
Outside of work and training, I spend my time with my wife and two children (hopefully more to come), extended family, and Church. I am an actual Colorado Springs Native and have been going to the Downtown YMCA since I was born.
My Training Philosophy
Discipline. Training and nutrition planning requires discipline, and I believe being disciplined is a very valuable skill/quality in life. Discipline comes from consistency which equates to reliability in many ways. When it comes to religion, family, friends, and work, being reliable very important. Training terminology over exercising. I believe training is trying to slightly out preform your last training session which is progressive overload. That is challenging. Exercising is coming to the gym and just going through the motions. That is easy. Challenges produce results not the easy button. I believe your body is a temple and you should build it up and always maintain it (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
