Interests and Achievements
I have three major passions I focus on in life: fitness, videography, and family
time. If you don’t see me with a camera in my hand then it’s replaced with
dumbbells :). When I step away from both lifting and my camera I am spending
my time with my family, either playing a group game of UNO or drawing with
my nieces. During the summer I like to spend the majority of my time outdoors
hiking, swimming or going for long walks. I like to prioritize my mental health in
a healthy, fun way and I want to spread that to others.
My Training Philosophy
My training philosophy centers on the deep connection between the
mind and body. I believe true fitness goes beyond physical strength
and performance. By incorporating mindfulness in movement, stress
management, and emotional awareness it ensures a safe transition to
combining strength, flexibility, endurance, and recovery for workouts.
Through mindful practices, listening to the body, and challenging both
physical and emotional limits, clients experience empowerment and self-
discovery, leading to sustainable progress and lasting health.
