The Couch to Race Series program is designed to take you from the couch to the finish line by successfully training you to complete a 5K run/walk race. Over the six-week program, you’ll have four group meetups, and follow the training program on your own or with a buddy. In no time, you’ll be ready for our 5K Race Series in the fall.

Dates & Location: 6-weeks September 15 - October 24. Every Monday at 5:30 p.m. at Cottonwood Creek Family Center YMCA.
