I’m an ISSA-certified personal trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness, performance, and pushing
past limits. Growing up on a farm and leading teams as captain in hockey, football, and baseball taught
me the value of hard work, consistency, and leadership—traits I bring to every client session.
Now, I’m chasing my dream of becoming one of the top names in professional wrestling, while helping
others achieve their own goals. Whether it’s building strength, recovering from injury, or gaining
confidence, I’ll meet you where you are—and guide you toward sustainable, long-term progress.
Outside the gym, I stay active with rock climbing, hiking, and horseback riding, and I’m a proud fan of
all things Chicago sports. Let’s build something stronger—together.
