Interests and Achievements
I am very interested in combat sports such as Jiu-jitsu and boxing and have enjoyed training those disciplines for years. I am also interested in the medical sciences including biochemical processes and exercise physiology, and am actively furthering my education in the medical field. I have had my own personal
achievements in my fitness journey, but more importantly I have helped many others work towards and achieve their fitness goals, and that is my greatest achievement in the field of fitness. I also got 2nd place in fifth grade chess club.

My training philosophy focuses on building strength and muscle that translates into everyday capability. I specialize in strength and hypertrophy training designed to help clients become stronger, more capable, and more resilient. No two clients are the same, every program is tailored to the individual, accounting for their specific goals, experience level, and how their body responds to training. Utilizing smart programming, progressive overload and solid movement mechanics, clients not only build strength and skill but also experience the natural benefits of improved health, energy, and confidence.
