Education, training Division 1 intercollegiate teams, and overseeing tactical
physical training for the Cadet Wing.
• Prepared Snowboard Park and Pipe athletes for the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea.
• Avid all mountain and backcountry skier.

My focus is on cultivating holistic performance through systematic, progressive programming designed for sustained success that extends beyond our time together. Training begins with movement competency, progresses to movement quality, and culminates in movement capacity, preparing you to perform when, where, and however necessary to meet the demands of your life.
