My background is well rounded from everything including Crossfit, strength and conditioning, coaching USA Club Volleyball, sports specific training, high intensity training, group fitness and personal training as well as Holistic health & wellness.

B.S. in Health & Exercise Science from Colorado State University, PT certification from NASM
Interests and Achievements
I am a Colorado native, who loves snowboarding and mountain biking with my husband and spoiling my mini huskies Lulu and Kenai. I have been a volleyball athlete and a fitness enthusiast since she was very young. In high school I used to beg the coach to let me lift with the football team after school because I wanted to prove that girls could lift heavy too. I am always pursuing further education and experience for my clients. This is my Personal Mantra: “If you are persistent you will get it, If you are consistent you will keep it."
My Training Philosophy
Making health and fitness a priority in your life. I love seeing how fitness can change someones life. I want everyone to enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle - not be a slave to endless hours at the gym or restrictive diets. Life is so much more than hours of cardio and calorie counting. My goal is to make living an active lifestyle as sustainable and realistic as possible, whatever your fitness level
